The way she provided info and next steps made the mortgage process smooth and comfortable with plenty of thinking time. Shannon made every one of my million questions feel valid and provided her expert guidance where needed. I learned so much and she really set us up to feel confident in our decisions and the whole process. Not to mention getting us a great rate for a mortgage that the bank couldn't match. We couldn't have done it without her!

I called Shannon scrambling for help since I found myself in a pickle - I was working with a dishonest / unprofessional broker. Without getting into the details, Shannon jumped on the opportunity to help me. I was calling her frantically while she was about to have dinner with her family. She quickly outlined all the red flags I ran into, requested all my documentation, and in less than 48 hours Shannon provided me a pre-approval from a big 5 bank (like I had asked), while also giving me advice, and re-assuring me that this process would go much smoother than my first attempt. During the home buying process, as a buyer you sometimes feel like the weakest player in the game. You feel like you have little information and you're depending on a bunch of people to "represent your best interest." Luckily - Shannon truly had my best interest in mind and made it her mission to be fully transparent with me, while explaining everything to me in laymen's terms. To me, Shannon felt like a hero and broker and therapist all at the same time.
