H	Hanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was pretty old but well maintained , from the outside to the room. Clean and fresh smell. Love the bed and pillows. Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast also not bad.

Staff less then helpful, room was cold (we cranked the heat but the room temperature did not change)- tile bathroom floor was uncomfortably cold. Manager came to check on the heat but when he realized we were still in the room, he wanted nothing to do with us.

The food was delicious even though there was a limited selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. We have food alergy problems which was accomodated. The chef talked to us about this, making some great dishes we could eat. The bed was comforable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will come back.
E	Eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! We have been members of Holiday Inn for over a decade and lived in their properties all across North America. This one by far was the least customer friendly property, poorly managed, zero hygiene and the staff highly unprofessional and unwilling to help. The rooms were also not stocked with sufficient resources for a group of three even though the room was booked for three. Upon requesting for more supplies, they just said “sorry we cant give you more, this is our standard”. I would not recommend this property or stay here in the future.

Easy to access on and off highway, free parking, and I saw that there was secure ski storage for winter months. Check in was typical, staff was friendly and made sure to state breakfast hours but that it was not complimentary. Room was adequate. They are indeed dated, things that can be updated have been (TV, furniture, countertops, shower head) but things that would need a major renovation have not (shower height, tub surround, carpet). Wifi was good, coffee was a small K-cup machine, newer hair dryer, water pressure and temperature good, room heat control worked well. Hot tub stated it needed a booking and we didn’t feel like trying. Ice and vending machines were easily accessible and well stocked. Check out was uneventful.

Over the phone the hotel canceled this reservation saying they had water damage and they are unable to have any guests before end of next month. I asked for any kind of assistance like help to book another hotel on the region or a quick reimbursement of my points. Nothing was done even after several calls. I was left without my points, without assistance and without any answer. After a long wait with my credit card company during the holidays I was informed that the hotel never canceled this with them. Not happy at all. Not the kind of hotel I will rely my vacation time on.
