Sarah, who helped me pick out frames, and the initial girl who greeted me and took my first steps of the test (didn't catch her name) were super nice and helpful as well. Everyone was very friendly. Will recommend everyone to come here!

Knowledgeable, friendly, always happy to answer any questions or help you pick out the perfect frames for your face. Dr. Clark is so kind and makes getting your eyes checked an enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Sarah for helping me pick out my new frames and transition lenses, I absolutely love them! I cant wait to come back and get some new Maui Jim’s as well! 10/10! Would Recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah-Jane (SJ). My experience with her and IRIS has been top notch. I am incredibly particular and fussy and she was able to hold space for me in a way that I found so refreshing and also quite rare as it pertains to other experiences I have had with other retailers. Two big thumbs up!!!

I remember him being friendly and the appointment went well. After receiving a pair of glasses that I ordered online, I noticed there was an error on my prescription (+4.50 rather than -4.50). I incurred $86.36 in additional cost for reprocessing of my lenses and shipping to/from the merchant. I sent an email to Dr. Clark explaining this and expecting some sort of defensiveness/resistance. Within minutes he contacted me and provided a full reimbursement for the additional cost that I incurred. It was an honest mistake that Dr. Clark and the clinic made right, no questions asked. I will go out of my way to get my next eye exam with Dr. Clark. Thank you!

I have a very difficult prescription situation to deal with, and him and his staff have been very good at getting it right. They are always super friendly, personable, positive and real when engaging in conversation. Ken, Jen, and Sara(h?) have been there since before I started seeing them (12+ years I think!), so I think it speaks volumes to the positive work environment they uphold. It is always a treat to go to them for help and advice, I recommend them to everyone I know. Would highly recommend to everyone else too!!

Lots of excuses, confusion but in the end, refuses to refund for making lenses which have been verified by 2 separate 3rd party opticians to NOT be the prescription this locations optometrist wrote. When it comes down to fact and answering why the lenses are not made to prescription written by them, they cannot answer. Very weird response. I can see why the BBB rates them an F.

He answered all my extra questions, was very reasonable in his answers, and was great with my daughter. Her first eye visit was a major hit. I also bought my glasses there; they have a great selection and were very professional in the process. Absolutely no complaints about this place.

He is on the spectrum so he had to go alone as I was in another province. The staff knew this and they took care of him and the payment, by long distance. I was so impressed with the staff and especially the Doctor as he took the time out to speak with me and explain the exam. I felt very comfortable sending my son there and he said they were really nice. So thank you! I highly recommend IRIS!
