I actually went to the spa and had a true treatment from Nicole, she’s very professional so everything you said is a LIE. The first thing Nicole did was put gloves on, not once did she double dip. I have been going to Nicole for the past 6 months and have loved every visit!! Each time I go I feel comfortable and relaxed and my hair is slowly disappearing, becoming thinner and finner. I've been receiving electrolysis treatments for just over a year and have never been happier or more satisfied with the results! Nicole is very knowledgeable and professional and has never misinformed me of what to expect. She's provided me with information other electrologists haven't, such as cutting a hair will lead to the same results that shaving or plucking it will; it will stimulate the hair to grow back stronger! Informing me in this way assured me that Nicole has my best interests in mind and believes customer satisfaction is her priority. I have never experienced any kind of skin abrasion following a treatment but am confident that should something like that ever happen, her concern would be for my regard and would advise me with the appropriate treatment for healing. I also once inquired with her about starting laser hair removal but as I am quite fair she was completely upfront in telling me it wouldn't be worth the expense as laser treatments work optimally on dark hair. Again, her professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction precedes any motive of just making money from her clients. I would strongly recommend Nicole's services to anyone in search of a professional, reliable and highly competent hair removal technician. She has top of the line equipment and her home-based facilities are always in pristine condition. For such a person treatment I value the privacy of a home environment versus a salon atmosphere. As much as I value Nicole's professionalism and skill I can happily say my time with her will soon end as she has permanently eliminated almost all of the hair I want gone! It has definitely been money well spent!

By calling Nicole while she was with a client , AND booked YOUR appointment. I have been going to Nicole's Studio for a little while now and understand that she is a one man shop, and if I can talk to her during her very busy day I appreciate that, Nicole has always been courteous professional and friendly. If this PSAD FAHAN, gets upset over the fact that Nicole multitasks, she should try to get an appointment else where that provides a receptionist. To say that Nicole is unprofessional and disrespectful because no one is there to answer her calls of to manually book their appointment because they simply don't want to use another option, she is there, even at 10 pm at night she answers her phone. As a transwoman, electrolysis is something we know all too well. It's tedious and relentless torture to get to the end - that being said, Nicole is the number one around. I've done electrolysis in multiple provinces and have experienced a variety of electrologists. Nobody has the technical background or the precise equipment Nicole has. What this means for anyone new reading this is that you get a detailed explanation on what you need and why, you deal with the least amount of pain possible and most importantly, you don't get permanently scarred. I should also mention the pricing is better than competitors especially considering the stuff listed above. Anyone can spend $2000 on equipment, buy a light and magnifying glass, good luck with that. Regarding the services and the weird complaint in the other review, that is just whiny complaining. I would say 95% of electrologists operate out of home or schedule their own bookings and don't have assistants etc. Anyone who has actually done electrolysis would know this. Nicole's booking system is very efficient and the fact she even takes calls when she doesn't have to is a testament to her service level.
