Her facilities are very clean and well kept, and so convenient right beside my gym!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bianca is a miracle worker! She was able to quickly and calmly clip my cat's nails ( no one else has ever been able to because he gets really ferocious about it) but with Bianca he was calm and she finished in mere minutes! The absolute BEST animal grooming experience I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bianca has been my go-to groomer for my standard poodle for years. She is wonderful with animals and always does a fabulous job. I've never been disappointed. My dog has a tendency to be quite nervous and unsure of everyone, but not of Bianca. Definitely one of the best groomers in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new pet spa in Kelowna! Experienced owner who clearly cares about our pets. Our little dog came home clean, perfectly trimmed and happy. Glad I took the chance to try somewhere new and only wish I'd done it sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in Kelowna for cancer treatments and our pups really needed a groom. My one dog can be very nervous and grouchy so I was very nervous bringing him to someone he doesn't know. Well I am so happy to say that this spa was absolutely amazing, the groomer said that Louie was no problem!!!! They look better than they ever have. I will be driving the 2+ hours to come back here for future grooms. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for first getting us in so quickly and doing such an amazing job. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Winnie to Kelowna Paw Spa yesterday, she is a 9 month old Bernedoodle and couldn't be happier! Not only was Bianca able to get us a last minute appointment, she was very thoughtful, thorough, and did an excellent job communicating to ensure we got the exact doodle cut I wanted. I can be quite picky and she did such a wonderful job! I will be a returning customer and would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought both of our Pomeranian puppies to the Paw Spa today and they look absolutely adorable. They did not seem stressed when we went to pick them up and Bianca did an incredible haircut on both of them! It seems very clean and you can tell your babies are taken well care of. Will definitely continue going back regularly!
