★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Intranet Connections" software is petty good, but seems like there are things that could be easier for the site administrator to manage. Support is a little annoying: usually you are told (when you call) that everyone is busy, then you have to do a time-wasting back and forth via email. Is it that hard to provide phone assistance and provide support via screen sharing? I've requested a screen share session in the past but they went ignored. If support were better I'd give five stars.
