★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an interesting and rather peaceful park. It looks like it was once a beautiful and meaningful place but the memorials have been allowed to deteriorate shamefully. A real pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful park; very well kept with a nice sense of community locally and internationally. Usually pretty quiet unless a football game or community event is present, however the park doesn't lose its serenity throughout. A nice area in the city and home to small wildlife such as mallards, geese, seagulls, etc. Highly recommend, especially in the early mornings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my afternoon stroll through the Friendship Garden. It's interesting to see the unique differences (and also similarities) represented in each of the 18 monuments. The park is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully laid out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice morning at the Friendship Gardens. The trails are well maintained and there are lots of things to see. It is definetly worth going to check out all of the monuments and pavilions. There are lots of benches and places in the shade to cool down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to come with the family for a walk. There is a pond where the birds land and feed so it's a good entertainment for the kids. Has monuments representing multiple countries as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come spend an hour or more walking the paths to the different monuments. Bring a lunch and have a picnic. Bring your dog for a walk. If you play Pokemon go this is definitely a place to explore.

Beautiful landscaping with flowerbeds, wetlands and paved walkways give you a sense of serenity. Also next to Chapples Park where ball fields and the arena are available for the sports enthusiasts.
