★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was mediocre at best. Staff very unprofessional. Not wearing masks, eating behind the counter. Not washing hands after using till and going back to make food.
Honestly expected better of this place.
Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza online.Pizza was good as I customised it and wings were nice. Frontline staff was not professional at all. I told my name 3 times and she spelled it wrong called me simba instead. Could not find my Order in list and after waiting for 15 min they realised the order was right in front of them. Staff needs more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won’t deliver to the biggest subdivision in Thunder Bay?? My office is literally right beside your shop and I can drive from my house to my office in 11 minutes tops. Brilliant business strategy guys, might as well get in line with all the business that Boston misses up here. I know what you’re answer will be already-you can’t guarantee that the pizza will be at the proper temperature blah blah blah, guess what? Nobody cares, just tell us that and we’ll turn the oven on for a few mins if it’s ‘too cold to eat’ BRUTAL. Yet another disappointment from a chain pizza joint here. ORDER LOCAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I’d give papa johns a try for the first time. read some of the reviews and lots of people said it was good.my pizza was practically raw, all the toppings fell off as soon as I picked up a peace and I got the buffalo wings not all were sauced and some were under cooked, cold have bought metro wings and could have been better! What a waist of 45 bucks for 8 wings and a meat lovers large. Very disappointed I was looking forward to trying it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered gluten free pizza, took over 2 hours to arrive. Took a bite and realized the pizza was not gluten free. Called them to see if they could send me a replacement, to which they said no told me to get a skip refund and reorder the pizza , I asked them if they deliver- they said they did but would not want to lose money on a pizza ( they would be remaking the same pizza and only paid once, same thing, no?) as they would have no way of getting the money back from skip and told me that they can’t guarantee that the gluten free option does not contain gluten - I realize there is a chance but I was not even given the gluten free option. Strange how a company does not have any options for giving someone the wrong pizza especially when a allergy is involved. Strange all around - never ordering from there again !
