★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to the facility that I manage, we were using a national provider that I was familiar with. That was approximately 1 year ago. I went to market and got 3-4 quotes from local companies, wanting a better customer experience, where we mattered.
Integral was the biggest of those companies, but still maintained a very ‘local’ flavour. I have met all three partners and they have made our facility a priority. The transition was easy and management seems to be here every second day. We are getting the attention we wanted for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier.
