My go to recommendation for clients who have sold their homes and need them cleaned before the possession date.

Beware of this place and get everything in writing! Eileen seems to have a very selective memory and makes up stuff as you go along. When I contacted them Eileen said there hourly rate was $126. I said get but no thanks. Then she change it to $94 and I said ok. She sent 2 women, both slow, and they charged my elderly parents $126 and gave me a bunch of excuses why. I would not recommend this company to anyone but if you choose to use them get EVERYTHING in writing so they don't make up stuff as they go.

I really don't like posting negative reviews online, but in this case I feel like not sharing our experience would be unfair for all the people over there trying to find some help with cleaning. Especially considering how hard it is to find any information about cleaning companies because of their poor online presence. here is our story. Me and my husband decided to look for some help with cleaning our house due to the fact that both of us have very little free time. We were extremely excited to have someone take care of that for us and after a bit of research we found Mini-Maid. At first things went well. The girls came to assess the house and gave us a very reasonable quote, so we happily agreed to pay for their services. A person in charge of communications was not very tech savvy, so she answered each of our emails with a phone call, which was not very efficient. We however figured they should be good at cleaning houses - not tech, so we decided to ignore this minor inconvenience. After their first few visits I was surprised to find things they missed, but decided to politely point them out hoping that they will gets used to our expectations and will start doing a better and better job. However after quite a few feedback emails every time when we got home after the cleaning we still had to spend some time putting things they moved back to their places, setting up our dining table (which for reasons beyond my understanding they would leave with all the mats piled in the center) and wiping steel appliances with a paper towel to get rid of the fibres left there after wiping those with a fabric cloth. Not a big deal, but kind of disappointing considering that you are paying people to do the job. Things rapidly went south for us when one day we came home after a vacation to find out that after the cleaners' last visit our gorgeous hardwood floor was damaged with a couple of pieces of hardwood chipped off along the side of the boards and a huge track of something heavy dragged across a few boards.... We emailed the coordinator politely telling her about the problem and attaching pictures. Then to our complete shock the lady started being super sketchy and disappeared on us. My husband emailed her a few times and left messages on her phone. It's been two weeks now with no sign of them. To make things worse, I started cleaning the place (because we didn't have the service any longer) just to discover that what I thought was a place professionally cleaned inside out in fact ended up being a cleaning job done only to visible surfaces of things... As in they didn't move things when cleaning and simply cleaned around them. My poor husband has been dying from allergies last few weeks only hitting him around the house and we couldn't understand to save our lives how is it happening in a house that is being regularly professionally cleaned. Well, the fact that he has been sleeping on a pile of dust all this time would explain that. It didn't even occur to me to check behind the furniture because I couldn't even imagine that professional cleaners would clean only the visible parts.... I am truly disgusted. To be fair, some parts of the house have been cleaned very nicely and I really want to give credit to those girls that did their job well, but the problem ultimately is that not all of them did and some parts of the house were cleaned very poorly. So here we are, sitting with hundreds of dollars of damage from the broken floor and a very bad after taste of the bad service with no response from Mini Maid. I really think this beyond unacceptable.

If anyone is looking for a good cleaning service I highly suggest that you a choose “minimaid” .I applied for a free quote on their website and they called me back within 24 hours and gave me a date and time. On the selected date I met the workers and explained everything I wanted done,then I left and when I came back everything was PERFECT! My living room, kitchen,and bathrooms were so shiny and clean and I didn’t see a speck of grime anywhere. In the end I thanked them for their services and gave them their money and then they left I give mini maid a 10 out of 10. By the way their services only cost $126
