★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been dealing with irregular periods, never knowing when my period will arrive next, and suffering from horrible PMS (basically check every box on the list). Now, I can predict *to the day* when my period will arrive and, thanks to their NaPro Technology, I now have my first solid lead on how to eliminate my PMS! It gives me so much hope. I’ll update this review after I’ve started my treatment plan to let everyone know how it goes :)

I stumbled upon Heather's web page as I had been looking for an alternative form of assistance and understanding in our fertility journey. I contacted Heather and we began this learning journey. It was amazing! Heather was thoughtful, informative and personable. My husband felt involved and able to help practically with the charting process and it led to fruitful conversation. We were grateful for her flexibility, honesty and help with guiding us. We are thankful that God brought her into our lives during this exciting and difficult time. Last note, the beauty of this method is that it is not simply a program to avoid or achieve pregnancy, but it is a process of learning about women's overall health. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Heather's services to know more about Creighton Model. Our goal was to find out the most fertile days so we had a bigger chance to get pregnant, while working with a Napro specialist. We ended up learning much more than that.
It's amazing to see how women's body works and how we can identify the signs of fertility without any artificial method.
Heather was very clear during our meetings and helped us to understand and learn the Creighton Model in a very simple and straightforward way. I highly recommend her services.

There are many things I have learned about the body and have felt empowered with knowledge about fertility signs and ways to identify where I am in my cycle. This is a method based on scientific research and when used with commitment and consistency is highly effective. Heather’s approach is caring and skillful and she will work with you in whatever place you are. This is an excellent alternative to the many expensive and artificial methods regarding fertility health.
