I reached out to multiple salons to build them a new modern online platform, something which insight has 0 support for. I was forced to switch every single one so far because there is nothing for developers to work with at all. Only go with insight if you want to have headaches, limitations and be stuck with them forever. none of my clients enjoyed using it after i showed them better options.

Even when there was a delay with the hardware shipping, he made sure everything was sent out as soon as he heard word it was late. Greatly appreciate the easy to follow instructions manual as well! Looking forward to expand and incorporate Insight Software with our Tattoo Studio here in Grande Prairie!

I attribute this to Insight being such a user friendly product, easy to navigate, set up and use. The support team was fabulous! I never felt as though my question was too much or time consuming. The Insight Team was responsive, polite and everything one could ask for in customer service. Especially since out industry has such high demands on the software. I also want to note, that Insight pairing with Cayan Merchant Services was the best thing for my merchant fees. Now as I teach in the Esthetic Industry on the day I discuss Business Management Module in Spa I use the software to demonstrate what is possible. Cathy in sales is awesome to work with and Natalie from support is amazing!! These guys are incredibly helpful every time I call in for support! I am new to the salon industry and this system makes it a flawless and effortless way of keeping my customer happy and my business running smoothly. There are endless options with this system and it is VERY user friendly. If you are unsure about anything the support team is only a phone call away!
