I have to say that I'm not only very pleased with the quality of the product, but also the quality of the service at InsideOut. This store has such a great variety of furniture, umbrellas and fireplaces. Definitely coming back to complete my patio this summer.

The owner Sammy sat and chatted with us for a while about supply chain, products, and how difficult covid had been for everyone. Walked out with a love seat and chairs combo. I love this store, always a great experience. Thank you as always. Oh and we got more of their custom furniture covers. Not cheap but they last so well. Our covers from 2010 are still going strong. They don’t crack in the cold and are completely water proof. Just a heads up to look into them.

A guest spilled red wine on the cushion and with the water proofing it wiped up immediately and after washing the cover there wasn’t a stain. Also comfortable. Great service they delivered on time and were helpful. Thanks for the help Chris

We loved it the first year but the following spring after taking the winter covers off we noticed that a little of the faux rock coating on one side was flaking off. As we had purchased this at a home show in March the previous year it was just over the one year warranty. We called the company and were told that there was nothing they could do and they had no solution for repairing the problem. The flaking gets worse after each winter even though we completely cover it with two protective covers. It now looks just awful. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed and absolutely DO NOT recommend this product.

First of all, the quality of the products is amazing. I perfected my daughters and my own backyard with a fireplace, a patio set and gorgeous dining tables. Since moving here from Germany, this is the first time was able to find a store that provides the same great quality products that I was used to when I living in Europe. Every item I got is timeless, modern and super comfortable. Thank you to the great team as well, that helped make this happen. Delivery is always on time as promised and the staff are very friendly. Best price performance around Woodbridge for honestly, amazing quality for very reasonable prices.

Initially what attracted us was their selection; however, the customer service is what made our decision. All the employees are welcoming, very knowledgeable and give great decor advice. We also got our cushions redone for our seating area, which look and feel incredible. Thank you so much Inside Out Patio for creating an oasis for us!
F	Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not impressed by their customer service—barely friendly or helpful. Unfortunately, I later found the same Elementi fire bowl at Home Depot for $750 less—BIG gouge. They refused to include placement of the heavy expensive item in the back! Curb side or another charge of $175—unbelievable. All their fire pits should come with a 10-12ft hose, because 8ft will rarely work. The usual high end disregard. Rude, Rude, Rude. Never shop there again. This is what a proper and courteous delivery looks like.
