I really thought it would have me as a slave for life as it is really hard to quit but with me really wanting to stop and the help of Stefan, not only did I stop but it was overnight and without any cravings at all. I signed up for 6 sessions primarily to help with anxiety and some jaw tension and headaches. It has helped immensely and I think this is something I will be able to use in my personal tool kit for the rest of my life. Stefan is great he is super down to earth and sincere. If you are struggling he is a kind compassionate person willing and able to help!

And I'd like to say I have now been smoke free for 10 and a half months and have never felt better, my husband has been smoke free for 7 months and another friend smoke free for months, as well as another that is almost two months smoke free.i have tried many times to quit over the years and I can, Finally say I will never smoke again.not ever. I thought my mind was a close steel door that only I could go in and out of, but apparently not...lol. This was the best investment in myself that I have ever done by far. I have been set free from some real heavy mental anchors in my life, some very heavy preconditioning and the chains are broken. The the sky is the limit in my world and now I can manifest anything I put my mind to. Thank you Stefan for showing me how. I am most definitely coming back to so some more needed work.

If you are serious about desiring a positive change in your life and can just relax and let go the results can be incredible. I have suffered from a severe case of PTSD for 49 years. Stefan made me feel comfortable and safe, he was very patient and helped me to manage my stress and better my sleep. Hypnotherapy helped me become aware of some of my unhealthy thinking patterns and how to view things from a different perspective. Can't wait to do some more sessions!
