★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to Kathryn for hypnotherapy to quit smoking. He had a great experience with her - found her to be calming and kind hearted. He was a little bit nervous but she made him feel at ease. After one session he was able to quit smoking for 3 years before a light relapse.

I worked with Kathryn to overcome a lifelong fear and the transformation I experienced was incredible.
I have also attended many events that Kathryn hosts and faciliates. These events, focused around mindfulness and body awareness, are some of the most impactful events for my day-to-day life. I leave feeling more connected to myself and others and with a richer understanding of what I'm experiencing in life.
