Kim had a very personable and kind presence which allowed my to relax and be comfortable. When you are able to relax and be comfortable you are able to receive the benefits of hypnosis. It's like a deep restorative mediation which helps unwind and reprogram the unconscious mind. It worked for me and I would highly recommend Kim for your hypnotherapy.
