★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for the first time after the new management took hold of the store. There service was very nice and the employees were very polite. Loved their pepperoni pizza and the chocolate chip brownie. Highly recommend everyone to visit and try the pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papa John's in Cloverdale is one of my favs the dough isn't too much its just right, tried the BBQ Hawaiian and it was great! Wish they would bring back the Donair pizza, it's my fav!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Friday early evening to pick up my food after placing an order online. When I got there they were not finished with my order and one of the female staff members said to give them 10 minutes after she verified the queue. When I got back 20 minutes later, I still had to wait about 7 minutes more. A male staff came with my order ans asked me several times if I had paid. I said yes each time I was asked then explained that it was placed online then another male staff member came said, "omg I am so sorry, please take no offense... the guy doesn't know what he is talking about." So I left. It was just an awkward experience towards the end of my visit but outside of that the food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1 hour for delivery. Called the store and they said the driver was stuck in traffic. 25 min later still no pizza. Called store again and they said driver was stuck in traffic. Canceled the order, I had not paid yet and was not interested in eating cold expensive pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love papa Johns Cloverdale until the new owners took over!! I have to spend 15-20 minutes on the phone to order the pizza and usually the order is wrong!! There is a huge language barrier and there phone is broken so you can't hear them and they can't hear you! It's over priced for the pizza quality. Avoid ordering over the phone for delivery at all costs!
