★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exceptional care I received from Jag Bains, at Physiostation & Sports Injury Clinic, was a game changer for me. I injured my back at work (October, 2020) and had been going to physio at another clinic for 2.5 months when I moved to Physiostation. My recovery started there. In addition to the treatment I received, I was given an exercise program to maintain my back health. There was a lot of care and encouragement that went along with this program that actually got me doing it!
It was a long haul but I am now back to work full time and work daily on my exercise program to keep my back in the best possible condition moving forward. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received from Physiostation. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just have to say Jag is THE BEST Phyiso therapist I have ever experienced. I’ve had a right knee mencius tear for years and could not find a Physiotherapist that could help me, until I came across Jag. My knee has never felt stronger. He is so knowledgeable in his field. He is also hilarious but always keeps it professional. He makes you feel comfortable which is so important.I definitely will never switch to another Phyiso therapist in addition I highly recommended this clinic to anyone looking for skilled physio therapists or massage therapists. It’s always nothing but the best at Phyisostation!

Clinical Pilates with Tara has been so helpful with my postpartum recovery (regaining core strength and pelvic floor strengthening). The sessions did not only help me physically, but in caring for myself, I am also better able to care for my growing baby.
IMS treatments with Jag has been a life saver. He helped manage my chronic headaches from jaw, neck, and shoulders tension.
Front desk staff are also very friendly and kind.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, including my own patients.
