L	LMN 1984 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting here since they opened a few years ago as I work in the area. There have been a lot of lows between staff and ownership changes. I stopped visiting as the food is often inconsistent - mainly the rice is often crunchy. Every now and then I give them the benefit of the doubt. This past week I went in, and requested to add extra avocado for 2 items that contained dairy I couldn't have. The girl said sure but a $2 charge was added so I opted to not get extra. I was understanding of their rules about it being a protein and a charge. When I got back to work and opened the box all my lettuce was marbled with brown spots, thought maybe it was just the rice staining it...nope it was brown rusted lettuce. But to make it worse my chicken was way over cooked and completely dried out, and there were 2 tiny little slivers of avocado. Usually there are good sized slices. It was actually the worst food I have had here yet. It wasn't worth my time to head back to discuss it as I have decided this location just isn't for me.

They even have Kombucha and other alternative drink options. I opted for the Chopped water lemon watermelon that was free to refill (not sure if this is location) but I enjoyed the perk.
M	Michelle H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignored an online order and pushed out orders that ordered in store after we arrived to wait for our order until we asked them when our order was coming up past the scheduled pick up time. Why would you ignore an online order and continue to push out orders from the location while the online patrons are waiting for their food ? When we arrived the salad rolls were made and our salad rolls sat out on the counter for 20 mins before the rest of our order got finished. Waited over a half an hour. Unacceptable ! Gong show, maybe don’t have junior staff members learning on at a busy time. Everyone needs to learn but this caused huge delays. Heard works literally say “they ignored the online order” awesome... Just opened our boxes ZERO croutons in Caesar wrap or salad ?!?!?!?

Much worse than other Chopped Leaf locations, which are always good. Edit: Just want to add that Chopped Leaf HQ did reach out to me and resolved which was appreciated. Nice to see they care about their brand. Added a Star for that
A	Ankush G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their healthy options. Vegetarian friendly, lots of versatility with protein option so it definitely fills you up no matter if you opt for a wrap/bowl/salad. Love this particular location, everytime I've been here the staff have been friendly, quick and quality food always. Personal favs would be southwest in salad with hot sauce. Or a Pegasus wrap ??
I	Isabel Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad enough when the person answering the phone is too difficult to understand, but then you arrive and staff are on their phone and your food looks like what fell out of a Big Mac! I had to poke around for a red and yellow pepper: may have been about one teaspoon of each. And I'm being generous. AVOID.
