M	Matthew Gharibo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to this clinic and she received the worst service by the female doctor. First off, she waited for over an hour to see a doctor, which is OK to wait if it's worth it. When the doctor saw her, my wife was telling her about two issues she had and the doctor responded " I can only see you for one thing, ibhave 200 hundred other patients waiting" . She was shocked that this took place. Last time I checked, I didn't think there was a limit on issues the doctor can see you on. This is the worst place. She was rude and wasn't even helpful. Don't waste your time going to this place.

A few Receptionists play favorites They start taking people in even they turn you away explaining they will start later, Even worse and pretty rude when you go ask them why that happened they act all innocent. Why do I have to wait for two people ahead of me even though I came in before them? I wouldn’t be coming in again if it weren’t for Dr Ravi. Just because it’s free medical care doesn’t mean you don’t give a damn about customer experience and be racist or whatever your motives were behind that.
J	Justin Keith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical clinic I've ever been too. Staff has no idea of what's going on and make you wait for over an hour, just for a follow up. They also allow other patients to go in front of you and when you ask they have no comment. Doctors only book appointments once a week for a few hours. These doctors are trying to run a practice and a walk in clinic at the same time, which is disastrous. Although the Doctors are good, they have very poor management, that being said I would never recommend anyone to come to this clinic again.

I continue to drive from Mississauga to receive care here. I've never had an issue with a physician seeing me for 'only one issue', but if it did happen, I can empathize. I would assume each patient is given a certain amount of time so that the clinic can get through their list of patients as efficiently as possible. Either they can see patients with several 'issues', or do their best to see the patients sitting in the waiting room - some in a great deal of pain or discomfort, or like me, with a cranky toddler and wanting to get in and out quickly.
O	O CANADA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rana is the best doctor ever. Although beware that this is a walk-in clinic and it gets extremely busy. I was one of the first ones in and I still had to wait, however she right away knew the issues from the symptoms I told her I had and prescribed a medicine and after half a day of taking it I was already feeling better. I've seen her twice now. Dr. Ravi is great as well. Highly recommended!
D	Diane Sebastiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist, Michael, is totally awesome! He knows his information well, and takes the time and care to ensure you understand your medications. I can’t say enough about the pharmacy service. The doctors are all good, although there is almost no point in having a ‘family’ doctor due to the long wait for appointments. You are better off coming in as a walk in patient when your doctor is on duty, but be prepared to wait often times. During Covid, it’s been great with the quick turnaround for phone calls from the doctor and pharmacist.

I should not have been denied the right to see a medical doctor with OHIP coverage regardless of expired card or not.

I have never had a meet and greet at thorough, respectful and comfortable as I did with her. I value transparency and agency in my care, and Dr. Shah encouraged me to advocate for my care so we can work in partnership to find the best plan forward for my overall well-being. I felt safe to answer her questions truthfully without fear of judgement, and I can confidently say, I look forward to having Dr. Shah on my healthcare team.
