★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gums were bothering me so I made an appointment to have it checked out. Doctor was very thorough and checked every possibility including have the Periodontist (who was in the office) have a quick check.
The office is very clean & organized. Everyone is friendly. Dentist is very friendly and open. I have been with this office for a few years and am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient at this office for a couple of years now and I am so glad I found them. It's been a while since I received this level of service and it is very refreshing. The dentists are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The two girls at the front desk are always welcoming, friendly, and are there to answer any questions you might have.
I have had my teeth cleaned with several of the dental hygienists here and they are all excellent and really have you leaving with a fresh, clean and new set of pearly whites.
If you're looking for a dentist/dental office, I highly recommend Innovation Dental, you will not be disappointed. The professionalism, friendly demeanor of every single staff member, and the overall cleanliness of this office is impeccable! I drive in from midtown Toronto because this office really is that great.

Excellent customer service, very lovely staff, professional and hardworking hygienists that no matter who you get you will be in good hands.
The doctors are knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. They are respectful, organized and the office is impeccably clean.
After going there all of these years, I have finally sent my husband. He hates the dentist so much that before we got married he hadn’t gone in 15 years. He is happy going and doesn’t complain! Now my son will go for his first happy visit in a few weeks. :)
They are understanding and flexible with booking appointments. I felt very safe going during covid and there will be no reason I will ever change practices. Thank you for taking good care of me and my family.

They do their best to provide a safe environment with their pre-day questionnaire to appointment day. The doctor was very clear on the procedure that was being done and any future concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to come here after not visiting the dentist in 2 years. The staff are very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the last 3 visits I made this month. They took the time to explain and answer questions I had about my teeth. They worked quickly and efficiently in cleaning them as well as fix a cavity I had problems with the last few months. The ladies at the reception are welcoming and flexible in booking appointments that worked with my schedule. I’m glad I made the decision to switch!
