For the last 15+ years, I have smoked between 1 - 1 1/2 packs per day. At various times, I have tried using gum, pills, and patches to quit smoking but none of them worked for me. Quit for a month or two, then life happened and i was back to smoking (almost finding any excuse). Happy to report I have been smoke free for 6 months. Gained a bit of weight as a result of my taste buds coming back to life(and well , you know, Covid),so I booked my appointment for weight loss. Shoulda took up the offer to add weight loss points when I originally went in for smoking treatment. Based on my success with quitting smoking I feel confident I will drop this extra weight . Right after my first treatment i thought to myself this is a complete scam there is no way this works but as the days and weeks continued i had no problem staying away from ciggerettes.
