I love Ivy Laser Clinic! The clinic itself is beautiful and the customer service is one of a kind. Tamara is very knowledgeable in all her services and wants all her clients to achieve the best results possible. I'm loving my results and will continue to go there for any of my needs. Her prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Dishonest about prices and "promo" packages. First time I went I was given a price for a 5 session promo package and was told what I paid for the first session which I did that same day can be used towards the price of the package. Went in second time and was told they can't do that anymore and I have to purchase a new pr2omo package of 5 sessions plus bonus 1 session (but price was higher anyway). Then they try to upsell and convince me that I need all those sessions (even though I have had over 12 session already at another clinic before them). Get everything in writing or just go somewhere else. They overcharge per session in comparison to clinics around this area for same service anyway EDIT in response Tamara again is being dishonest. I would have paid for the complete package on my first visit in April if whoever was at the front desk hadn't said "you can pay for this session in full and then pay for the remaining balance of the package". Which is what I was told by Tamara as well. The reason I asked to do this was because I wanted to make sure there would be no issues with the treatment as I had gooten burned before at another clinic. Tamara assured me that I can do the first treatment and pay the remaining balance. I would have paid the full remaining balance on my second visit yesterday and asked to do so. Your coordinator told me I can't do that and I have to purchase a new 5 session package. Again, yesterday (May 24) I said to your coordinator that I can just pay for the day's session in full and not bother with a package. She said its fine to pay towards it and the remainder of the balance during my third session. I emailed you because I believe if I came to my third session it would have been the same story where I would have been told I have to purchase a new 5 session package again. I was most definitely not looking to pay in chunks each time. I just wanted to be sure that everything would go smoothly after my first treatment since I did get burned at a previous clinic which I showed you. That's why you assured me that I can do the first treatment then purchase the rest of the package. Yes, it is unfortunate that I have to go to a third clinic because the first burned me but I would much rather even pay more and deal with an honest business athan one that is trying to get me to buy more and more packages and be dishonest. Like I said, I had over 12 sessions on the same area before and was just looking for the 5 sessions but as mentioned in person, I was more than happy to pay full price for additional sessions I may have needed.

This is the place to go to for all your laser hair removal needs! The ladies at Ivy are super nice and helped me through some pre-laser jitters. They are professional and extremely thorough with their work. Tamara and her team have been very accommodating with scheduling and ensuring that I get my sessions in for the most effective hair removal treatment. My underarms have been hair free and I don't ever have to worry about shaving them again! On to the next body parts :)

I was referred by a friend to Ivy Laser Clinic they are the few clinics in the GTA with the YAG laser for Dark skin. I super happy with my results only after s few sessions and look forward to the final Hairless results!

Tamara and her staff are so kind, professional and caring and they always make me feel completely comfortable during my visits. Probably one of the best laser treatment and skin care clinics in the GTA. The customer service has been amazing. The treatment was fantastic. Best part is, how clean and careful the staff are. I was told to use them and now I will say the same... Thank you.

It was my second time coming here. My experience has always been good.I just had a lip filler and I must say it's the best lip filler I have ever had. I had a little bit of bruising for about 2 days that was it. I'm definitely coming back here again they are all well experience.
