I decided to get my mom a gift card from this salon to get lash extensions because she really wanted them. Every time I tried to make an appointment for my mom to get this service, the lady would cancel last minute. This happened 4 TIMES! I tried one final time because I put a lot of money on the gift card and this time she didn’t cancel on me. Nope, she just didn’t show up for the appointment at HER OWN SALON! The owner is a criminal and she stole $100 from me. I guess at this business, once they have your money they really don’t care about customer service.

I feel like im entering the prettiest lounge/bedroom everytime I go in. Ive been going now for just over 3 months and my lashes have never looked better!! Im a lingerie model so my eyes have to look great all the time for photoshoots and events! I travel alot and Antoinette always fits me in even last minute she will find time and has even come in at midnight and at 6am for me! She understands loyalty and customer service and really shows me she cares about my loyalty to her place! I know theres hella hate and alot of jealous lash girls out there so don’t read neg reviews - (pure BS if you ask me!) These girls are genuine, pretty, funny and make me feel/look glam and amazing! Prices are more than reasonable for what you get (i used to pay $300+ for volume lashes at a well known downtown TO lash salon) and let me tell you NO comparison to these babies!!!! Luv ya!!!!! ??????????

She was very hands on and professional, I liked the one on one training she provided, the training manuals are very thorough and helpful. We left feeling very confident. I loved the tips and tricks she gave us and also her help in setting up our business she offered great guidance which was invaluable to me. Thank you very much!

Been lashing for over 5 years, started coming here when i moved to area, this place should be in yorkville for how good they are! The decor is plush and feels like your walking into a very calm pretty and confortable classy bedroom! Theres always desserts or snacks on hand water coffee tea etc. The tech takes her time with me and ensures i get full coverage on my lashes. And the most beautiful calming music! Not like other lash places ive been too.

I always arrive early to enjoy their great selection of teas and coffee and of course to ‘girl chat’. I love the high quality lashes they offer (ive been elsewhere in Vaughan and in Toronto and no other lashes feel so soft and fluffy) and the fact they were european trained makes a difference! Love their customer loyalty rewards (i always get free fills on birthday and gifts for xmas!!!) these girls are amazing! They really know their stuff!! Way to go girls! I love you!!!!!

I started in the industry myself recently and of course had to be trained here! Antoinette (the owner and head trainer) was a delight! She knows her stuff! I truly believe the training she received in Europe has given her the edge! I loved the training shes given me as well as the follow ups and further advice/help setting up my business etc! Shes even sent me clientele!! Love this place! (Its pretty AND pink!!!)
