We went through different options of technique of brows and she gave me her honest opinion of what I should do. Never rushed me in making a decision. I love my brows and I don’t have to ever color them in anymore which saves me time when doing makeup plus one less thing to worry about. Can’t wait until my brows heal up and see the final product. Thank you so much Ji, my brows are so perfect.

First time I've ever try doing something like having permanent ink on my brows and I don't even have an ounce of regret. While the needle poking your skin wasn't really fun for me, but it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be - thank you numbing gel, and of course thank you so so much to Jastina for being so gentle and letting me fall asleep while doing my brows. (Hope I didn't snore that much. Lol) Thank you as well to, Ji for checking in on me as well.

She took her time to make sure I’m satisfied with my brows 100%. I was numbed before and during the procedure , did not feel any ounce of pain. I’m AMAZED with the results. Ji is very sweet and client cantered care. I highly recommend Ji !! I will go back to her for eyeliner tattoo soon.

One thing I really liked about Ji's services is the fact that she took her time to talk with me as a new client and new to this. I had intentions of eyeliner but her confidence in her job made me go for eyebrows which I'm so glad I did. I'm happy with my eyebrows? The whole process was painless and she carried me along. I would definitely recommend her services!

To choose someone experienced, knowledgeable, with steady hands is sort of paramount in this situation. Ji did not disappoint. She plans for approximately half the time to be centred around getting the design absolutely perfect. This morning (14 hours after the procedure), I rolled out of bed beautiful! Also, I’d like to note that the procedure was 100% PAIN-FREE. This was a huge concern for me because I’ve heard horror stories about permanent makeup being extremely painful... Not with Ji - her numbing process is perfect and when she started working, I didn’t even know! ???

I had my first session of dark lip neutralization done and I can’t wait to see the beautiful colour she created for me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Well worth it!

She made me feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly clear. She makes great suggestions and if there’s something you don’t like make sure to tell her, she will make sure they are perfect to both her and to yourself. There were no surprises and everything came out beautiful. I will be coming back for future touch ups and for other services. :)
