POLICY

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

While, we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow or scalp tattoo and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Hoi Tattoo offers no guarantee for healed results.

Please be aware, additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look. We do not offer REFUNDS on any services.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW/SCALP MICRO-PIGMENTATION WORK

WE ARE NOT offering cover up appointments or accepting new clients with previous cosmetic tattoo work. If you book an appointment and you have previous cosmetic tattooing your deposit will not be refunded.

DEPOSIT

Due to high appointment demand all appointments require a 50% deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. 

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled following 72 hours will be subjected to a $75 cancellation fee, and your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply an additional rebooking fee (value of missed appointment) for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 72 hours cancellation notification.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

TRAVEL AND GUEST APPEARANCES

Hoi Tattoo is available to travel for guest appearances and industry events. Please note, we do not guarantee a return for touchup appointments on our procedures done abroad. For future appointments, please prepare to make travel arrangements to our studio in Calgary, Canada.

PRICING 

Our prices are subject to change at anytime. Please note that our online rates are estimates; final pricing will be discussed during your consultation based on desired results. Rates may increase with travel and guest appearances or special circumstances.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex). Unfortunately, debit cards are not accepted at this time.
