Inglewood Medical Center - Edmonton

I'm extremely upset as this clinic has been hiding the fact that my family doctor returned from her maternity leave and that she moved to her own clinic only a few minutes away from Inglewood. I recently found out that Dr. Shin is struggling to inform her patients of her move as the owner of Inglewood took away her access to her patient's contact information. I've inquired many times to the Inglewood staff when Dr. Shin is coming back but the receptionists were instructed by Tamer (the pharmacist/owner) not to share where her patients could find her. I've been told they would get fired if Tamer found out that they leaked this info to her own patients desperately looking for her!!! I now know that the owner of the Inglewood Medical Center wants to keep all Dr. Shin's patients at their clinic as they operate as a business and patient's well being isn't their priority. Apparently, the college of physicians and surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) doesn't allow this as it can cause huge patient safety issues, but unfortunately, the owner of the Inglewood is a pharmacist and the pharmacy cannot continue to get their business without getting enough patients to the clinic. I'll be making formal complaint to the college. I'm super happy at Dr. Shin's new clinic (Edmonton EMG Clinic, 13431 118 Avenue NW) as she has lots of time to spend with me and offering same day appointments. Unlike Inglewood, you can book online to see Dr. Shin and her new clinic is very organized, and running on time.

Waiting time is a bit longer than usual, but when I saw my doctor he took time to listen and help me with my condition. Office staffs are very polite, kind and knowledgeable.

In google shows your open until 8pm but its not true.

Changed from 5 to 3, waiting time with an appointment is unacceptable, doctor was great, knowledgeable and nice but u always feel rushed, admin work can be better, unfortunately I will be looking for a different clinic

Great staff,amazing doctors and very Clean facility! I had an amazing visit! though the walk ins is not recommended, as they only have one doctor in a day. My appointment is 45 minutes late before I get in the room as my family doctor normally takes time and not to rush patients.

I didn't have an appointment but I couldn't breathe, they took me in right away and assessed me.The nursing staff and Dr.Awad are fantastic and efficient.

I'm a patient for quite a while now and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the doctors are very knowledgeable and nice. Though I hope they can improve more of their waiting time. One of the best recommended clinic.

This older doc is not very good could be me i couldnt put in a word to him he will raised voice like he aint listening. when i was i out his iffice he was listening to me when i was talkin to the pharmacist not to good on my visit
