Dr forgot to give me the appropriate paper work. Secretary phoned me to tell me to collect it. I politely asked if the documentation could be scanned and emailed and was told she could not do that. Not sure why! Incredibly lazy and arrogant.
As at 18/1/18 . still no response form the surgery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience there just yesterday after a hard fall mountain biking. All staff was super friendly and supportive. Felt like I was in good hands start to finish. Very thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 12 noon and was made to wait for an hour when the clinic is not busy at all. Went up to check with the front desk nurse and was rebutted because I did not made an appointment and she was not at all apologetic. She should have informed me during the registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff were generally nice and helpful, as was the junior doctor who examined my arm and wrist which I had fallen on.
Unfortunately the senior doctor didn’t think it was necessary to make an X-ray of my wrist, where on my return home my orthopaedic doctor made numerous X-rays only to discover a hairline crack in it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best medical clinic and the most hardworking and caring staff! We have met some very thorough and smart MDs here and have had many great experiences with everyone each time that we have an appointment. It is so convenient to have the lab right next door too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the waiting room for opening and Dr DeMarco saw us immediately - even though we didn't have an appointment and it was a holiday. He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my son's throat infection and had us out of the door scrip in hand within 45 minutes. Clean, friendly, efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the help (or lack there of) I have received from the staff at whistler medical clinic... I have been told I would be getting a call and getting a prescription for my very painful sickness and there has been no urgency in following up with these claims and it has taken twice as long as the doctors initially communicated with me. I am not impressed.
