I was seeing Docter Sollereder for most of that time (until he retired). I am now seeing Dr. Eliason and am more than pleased with the care and the knowledge he gives.
A	Ann Gordon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A specialist I see recommended trying the Allin Clinic for a new family doctor. I called in and was told to call back the following week when the doctor's December schedule for new patient meetings would be posted. I called for 6 weeks, every week and was told the same thing each time, that the schedule would be posted the following week and that I had to call back. This week, I called on a Monday and was told that the schedule was posted on Thursday last and is now completely booked, and I would have to wait for an appointment three months from now. Just a terrible system that totally disrespects people's time, I would not recommend even trying to go through this clinic if you are looking for a new doctor.
R	Rosa Katrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was so rude. Came w/ my sister for her ultrasound and the lady said I cant come in. I politely asked “why is there a reason?” And she said that because their COVID rules werent lifted I had to wait all the way downstairs in the coffee shop. I simply stated that we live together and she rudely said with SARCASM (in her workplace) “you dont need to translate your sister can speak perfectly fine. Unless theres a good reason. Husbands/partners cant come in either”. Then of course I left because im not gonna stand there and argue!! everything she said made no sense and was quite unproffessional…..
D	Don McGarvey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My longtime family physician is retiring and recommended that I get an appointment with Dr. Porath who is taking new patients. I have been calling regularly for two months seeking an appointment and am consistently asked to call back because her December schedule is not out yet. Really? December is less than 2 weeks away. Is management this disorganized? Based on other reviews, there is a recent and widespread problem with getting appointments at this clinic. Receptionists appear completely disinterested in providing any assistance or guidance, other than “call back later.” If I treated my potential clients this way, I’d have no clients. Very disappointing. Why not just say she’s not accepting new patients?
S	Samantha Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed with this clinic. Looking for a new family doctor and have been trying to call to see Dr. Porath since the end of last year. Every time I call, I was told that her schedule was not up yet or to call back and other times I was told I should go to another clinic to find another family doctor and was given names of clinics I could go to. If I was wanting to go to another clinic or another doctor, why would I keep calling to want to see Dr. Porath? When calling again today, I was told the doctor is only accepting patients by referral now. However, online, it still shows she’s accepting patients without referral. I am beyond fed up and will never come to this clinic if this is how they treat people.
M	Milmack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't get through to the doctors here even when I have urgent results(work for DI for 15years) for their patients. No one answers phone. You will not get urgent results if you come to this clinic. If you care about your results getting taken care of urgently, go literally anywhere else, I have never had this problem with any other clinic in the province

You’ll be on hold for half an hour, transferred, put back on hold for another half hour then be told you have to call back to go back in the que and hold for god knows how long all over again. I’ve done this whole song and dance 4 times already today. That’s nearly 4 hours trying to change my appointment to a phone consult. I love my Dr Lisa Barchett but I hate this clinic and it’s booking process. Really thinking of finding a new clinic.
c	cyder45 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up 15 minutes early, but no parking anywhere. Had to park 3 blocks away and walk back. A restoration company had taken all the patient parking, but these doctors don't care. As long as they make a few bucks and screw over the patients, right? When I get inside, the office cancelled my appointment, and the receptionist told me I should have come earlier. I'll find a new doctor, as good as Dr. Toal is. My time is valuable too, obviously the Allin Clinic doesn't believe that.
