★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the second I stepped into the studio I received a very warm welcome.
Kat, Timmie and Mike are very knowledgeable in what they offer and they have a passion for it and it shows.
They make sure you are comfortable while you are riding in the heat by offering you , water, cold face cloths , electrolytes .
The massage after your ride is absolutely brilliant! Feels so good!
The studio is super clean and they are consistently cleaning and doing laundry in between making sure the clients are well taken care of!
Glad I discovered this place and it’s good for everyone and anyone no matter what your goals are.
You will feel rejuvenated after.
It’s a must try! Doesn’t hurt to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place! I have been going for several months now and I feel amazing. I am also in the best shape of my life! I had a goal of slimming down and I have never had better abs then I do now. The infra red sauna has also helped my skin and overall energy immensely. I feel so good after every session. The staff is also incredible. They work so hard and are so kind and welcoming. I have started bringing my mom who is in her 60's and she loves it also! It is a great way to maintain your health and anyone can do it. Any age, gender or size! I highly recommend it and I am sure once you go you'll be hooked like me. I look forward to my sessions as they also help me detox, reset and relax from any stress I am carrying. So happy I found this spot. Thanks Infratrainer! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love training at Infratrainer. The staffs are all so friendly and knowledgeable. It is so clean there. The changing rooms and the showers are the cleanest I've ever seen. This is the only workout place I feel comfortable enough to shower at. I normally always have to rush home from my other workout places so I can shower which really cuts into my day. I love the settings there. There is a tablet on the infrared cycling machines which really helps me push though the workout.
If this is something you haven't tried before, I definitely think it is worth giving it a shot. They also have a lymphatic massage package available which I find very detoxing and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im absolutely obsessed with this place. Monica is my favourite! She is always so friendly and takes good care of us on the bikes by constantly checking on us and making sure we are comfortable, hydrated and have enough electrolytes. Being under the infrared has so many benefits and i feel the effects immediately. I also love the lymphatic massage. Such a great place to workout and sweat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique workout. I was nervous before bur it really was not scary at all and I am not in the greatest shape. Make sure to bring running shoes and short and a too you dont mind getting dirty. I like having my own airpods too to connect my music as it is a solo workout and go at your own pace. The women working there are super nice and helpful.

I went in today with a sinus headache from the weather and a sore lower back and walked out feeling 100%The heat and the lights on a grey, rainy day is the best feeling ever. The pods are spaced out and it is super clean facility so I feel super safe here. Worth the price for the medical benefits - I get some of it covered by my insurance too. Its like going to the spa. I do the massage here too when I have time - the most relaxing ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won a contest to try this workout. Totally different than anything I have ever tried and the results were also outstanding and surprisingly amazing after just 1 workout. It really is a total reset of the body plus my skin felt amazing. Highly recommend. Will be trying the lymph massage next time too. I could live at this studio - very nice and clean with kind staff.
