★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a garmin watch with a tempered glass shield on the face.i was having a hard time getting it off so I called Infrared for help.i know there a cellphone repair business but the girl on the phone said bring it on in.they gladly helped to extract the damaged shield as we spoke.i went to give him a ten and he said no thats fine .it took 30 seconds to do and my point is he just wanted to help me out.i think they are fair and honest and I will be back with any cellphone issues.you should to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I walked in there, Mike was nothing but professional, courteous, and kind. I initially called about my phone not charging correctly, if at all, due to the charge port. He looked at it, ordered the parts, and got the job completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this place for any of your phone needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place! I’ve had many great dealings here. The owner Michael is a super nice guy, who was able to repair my phone for $600 cheaper than Apple quoted me. He did a fantastic job, in a timely manner, and included a screen protector at no cost. The place smells amazing too and he has a super cute dog named June. If you like great service, cute dogs and professional cell phone repairs by a man who cares, go here. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Big thanks Michael and June! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone in with water damage to the charging port. It worked fine, just wouldn't charge. Once it died fully and would like charge past 0 - I brought it in and they not only cracked my screen, didn't call me to tell me they were done ( I had to call them and ask about the progress to find out they already gave up trying to fix it) but now it's completely broken. It won't even say 0% charging like it did before I brought it in. Now it's black screen of death with flashes of green. Really wish I didn't bring it to these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone wasn't charging properly, so I took it in and was seen almost immediately. The phone was fixed on the spot (excess dust had got in to the charging port). The staff were brilliant about it and didn't charge us for the fix. I'd highly recommend them to anyone else for their customer service and explanation/fix.

From fixing an iPhone 7 screen to supplying me with a screen protector and case for my 13, Infrared Cellphone Repair is a go-to if you have any problems with your cellphone. 10/10 service, and the people there are very nice and patient. Will definitely be going back there every time I have any sort of technical issue that I can’t seem to fix. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for easy help on physical phone issues and problems. I truly appreciate this establishment for assisting me through anything. Even through the difficulties of COVID-19, they never failed to be there every time I needed help. Thank you guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about this business. I come in from out of town to use them as the service is fantastic. They are fast, friendly and honest. My daughter had dropped her phone while being dropped off at school one morning and multiple vehicles had run it over by the time they had found it in he snow. I brought my phone to theses guys praying they would be able to save her pictures. Not only did they save her photos they were able to fully repair the phone. I highly recommend infrared cell phone repair. Honest and great service. Thanks guys!
