Service ultra rapide et personnel courtois. Entrée avec un ordi qui ne fonctionnait plus et ressortie 30 min plus tard avec un nouveau power supply installé. Merci! :-)

Honnêtement je crois que c'est un bon magasin d'informatique, les employés on lair attentionné avec les clients et assez teksavvy avec le commun des mortels. Cependant mon expérience a été assez ordinaire avec le propriétaire vincent.
Honestly I think it's a good computer store, employees seem attentive with customers and quite teksavvy with ordinary mortals. However my experience was quite ordinary with the owner Vincent.

Went to pick up a UPS package on Saturday, June 30, 2018 just to find a note on the door saying they will be closed on June 30 and July 1 for the Canada day weekend and then back to normal business hours. No problem, everyone is allowed and should have days off for holidays. My problem - I show up there on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 10am to pick up my package, and they were closed! Their "normal" business hours on Monday is 9am to 6pm from what is displayed at the door. THAT, I find unacceptable.

Worst customer service experience. I had a package waiting for pick up at their location, and since they were closing for two weeks, they told me to figure it out on my own, that it had been given back to UPS (despite tracking showing it had been accepted by them!). These people need to learn the very meaning of "customer service" : making sure you get out of your store at 6 pm sharp so you can go on vacation is not very customer friendly, nor is it good business practices. Replying to this comment will just prove they don't know how to properly deal with clients. I'm sure they won't stay in business very long with this type of attitude. UPS is telling me they dropped the package and that it was accepted successfully (with proof of delivery) ... I'll make sure to redirect deliveries to avoid having dealing with them.
