★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Brady Friesen VP has been exceptional! We had a water filtration system and water softener install 2.5 Years ago. The installer was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating.
This past summer Brady came out with his technician for the regular yearly maintenance check. He also tested our water because we had noticed an increase in iron in our water.
He send me pictures of the results (the testing happened in Wpg)
He gave a great quote on an iron filter and his company also shingles roofs which we also needed.
He had been so patient with us as we went away on holidays then waited while we got financing arranged. He checked in periodically but didn't pressure us.
We have had a few glitches, not with infinity but with installation that was contracted out.
Brady has been friendly, professional and his level of integrity is high and without blemish.
I HIGHLY recommend infinity Environmental Group. Ask for Brady, he will set U up in a very friendly, down to earth, yet professional approach!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday, June 11, 2021, we had a wind storm blow through Winnipeg strong enough to blow shingles off my roof and leave exposed wood. I called Infinity Environmental the next day (Saturday) and was pleasantly surprised that I got an answer. Craig, (I believe he is the owner) said he would get his roofer to call me that day.
I got a call later that evening with a promise to show up the next day to patch things up for me. He showed up at 10 AM, was on my roof for about an hour, maybe less, took before and after pictures for me and gave me a quote (at my request) to replace my roof.
I had a great experience with the service which was done quickly before we had any rain and my home stayed dry as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a full water system installed; uv light, reverse osmosis and water softener. Excellent service, excellent system, highly recommend!! We are very happy with our new water system which makes our well water drinkable again and safer for our kids. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a weird scratch card in the mail stating I might have won a prize. The card was clearly a scam, but I figured I'd see what it was all about. I scratched the ticket, and what do you know, I won. I called the phone number on the ticket in order to get my "prize" and they said a guy was gonna come down and check my water quality for free (I live in Winnipeg, my water is fine) and give me my "prize". The rep never showed up, and since this was obviously a scam, I didn't bother calling to find out why the rep didn't come.
Two or three weeks later I was contacted by Puretech to reschedule, I declined.
This is not a company I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase an Iron filter from Infinity. Our well water has a very high level of iron in it and all our water appliances were stained. Craig and his amazing team installed a unit they recommended for our water and the difference in our water was amazing.
A year later the iron softener started to have a small issue. Craig, the owner came out himself and replace a part that had worn out due to our high iron content at no cost to us.
Amazing customer service!!!

A kind man named Craig called me and informed me that Infinity Environmental was taking over the maintenance of my system. Within hours he was at my home inspecting my neglected filters and testing my water. He was very helpful and even replaced all the necessary filters on the spot. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the water filtration system for my entire house in 2018, along with the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. I did this mainly for health reasons (to reduce toxins and improve my thyroid). I love that I'm not buying water in plastic bottles any longer! My laundry is cleaner, and my clothes are softer. The best outcome though, is improvement in my health and energy levels. Clean water is the most important thing for life and vitality, and I'm so glad that I made this critical investment.
