She was so friendly and personable. Her studio was spotless and clean. She kept me updated throughout the entirety of the appointment letting me know what she was doing. Both the lash lift and brow mani turned out perfect. It’s going on week three now and they both still look great. I cannot say enough good things about her and have referred my friends to see her as well. I would highly recommend!

She is super knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Can't recommend her enough!!! If you're looking for a lash lady, she is the one. I'm very happy with the outcome! :)

The end results were beautiful even thought my natural lashes were a challenge but she nailed it! She is very experienced and knowledgeable in her craft. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. She also supplies you with a lash aftercare kit! I would definitely recommend her services!

She makes you very comfortable during your appointment and she goes extra mile for checking in days after the appointment to make sure that after care is done. I would definitely go back to her again. :)

Her atmosphere is so welcoming, she is so easy to chat with. I am a local lash tech myself and have personally had terrible experiences in the past. Carolyn has definitely changed that, she is so knowledgeable and takes her time to give you the best quality possible! Can't wait to continue going to see her!

Her recliner is very comfortable, i esp appreciate that I’m not completely flat as I’m currently pregnant. Plenty of street parking. Love the aftercare bags she gives after every session :)

She makes every experience more than just a lash appointment. Climbing up in the recliner for your appointment, she is so gentle and light with her movements. I've either fallen asleep or have fallen in to deep life conversations with her. Like i said she is more than just a lash artist and for that im grateful to call her my friend!

I was at lost after my second try with a new lash artist and my friend recommended Carolyn. I had explained my past experiences and was so excited to get my new set from Carolyn as she had done my out of town lash lady’s lashes. So I knew I had found my new lash artist and let me tell you the perfect job she did. I know people usually can’t say they found someone just as good as your first but she exceeded all my expectations. I 100% will recommend her to everyone I know who gets lashes or is wanting to get some done. Also what makes her even better is she gives you a little kit to help with cleansing the lashes and everything to keep them good until your fill appointment. Thank you Carolyn.
