Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had my eyebrows done 2 weeks ago and I'm very satisfied with the results. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my first facial and back facial from their aesthetician Caressa here and I was highly impressed with the service. Not only did she make me feel comfortable throughout the experience, but took the time to explain all steps and products to me, as well as delve further and discuss my home skincare routine. Caressa is very knowledgeable and skilled, and the facility itself is very clean and professional. My skin feels amazing and I will absolutely be booking another appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! My first experience doing a facial was relaxing and it wasn't overwhelming. Staff were nice and they really did their job amazingly cause the impurities from my face disappeared. I have sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my face at all. My aesthetician also gave me tips on how to better take care of my skin and we had good conversations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going there around 4 months ago and I fell in love with the space, the girls and the services. The girls are super nice, the owner is a sweetheart, they always have a smile in their faces. I go there to get facial done, a lymphatic massage from heaven, laser hair removal (so practical and painless) and much more. I recommend this place to everyone that I know. It really doesn’t matter which service you’re thinking of getting, you are not going to leave unhappy. Way to go girls!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to find a massagist near my place, through the internet I found this place dedicated to the aesthetics by Maria. However, after reviewing all the services, I decided to make an information session to consult about cryotherapy. Sydney was professional and informative; after I understood the procedure, I had one session. Then I consulted for other services, and I booked an appointment for laser hair removal. Meanwhile, I booked a facial; Maria advised me of the best option available. And I am so satisfied. My face looks cleaner, dark spots on my nose and face are gone, and I feel ten years younger.
Thanks, Elisha and Maria. BTW, I haven't get the massage I was initially searching for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going here for awhile and had been getting my sugaring done by one specific person who I really liked, but at my last booking they changed my reservation to the owner Maria instead of the person I normally book with without telling me. I went for a face sugaring and she did a spotty job. When I went back to get it fixed she said she couldn’t see anything and then asked one of the staff if they could see it and they pointed directly to the area that I wanted fixed. She then refused to fix it for me until I was about to leave and then offered to fix it with a razor instead, which is not the service I paid for. I guess she was too busy trying to sell me products and brow lamination to pay attention to the service I was actually there for. I would not recommend this place, I was a long time customer and due to the poor customer service I won’t be going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is very nice and approachable. I’ve been getting my sugaring done there for years now. I had my laser hair removal for my legs and armpit before as well but I had to stop due to pregnancy but I’m also happy with the service. I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Maria, Queen & a Pro at sugaring. I am one of her client and she is right, sugaring is art! Her technique and experience for over 16 years is excellent quality and it shows. I've learned my lesson from the past going to cheap, inexperienced sugaring will not get you the good results but get you ingrown hair, ouch! You get what you paid for! It's worth going to Maria, she really takes good care of your skin and super friendly and nice! Thank you Maria!

I am very particular with the quality of machine because i want to maximize what i paid for. Maria uses top quality and high grade machines and applicators that made my experience and treatment worth it! She made the procedure and process as comfortable as possible! I cant wait for the next few treatments!
