y	yyc tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience was the temp staff. The worst experience was management(except for Jamie. She's the best!). Temps are treated differently than full timers. Once, I was helping a new temp with his R.F. gun because training was minimal. One of the supervisors, Mohamed, stood at a distance and yelled at me; "work work work!" He never pulls that kind of attitude towards the full timers. I don't appreciate full timers all talking in their ethnic dialect around me. Western Canada speaks English. So do as the Romans do. Their software system is 10 years behind. Constantly crashes. And then we are informed that we have to work harder because the units per hour are not met. Every morning, I have to wait for someone to open the front door while I'm freezing outside because security is too lazy to stand at the door. One of my co-workers wears a hoodie. That's it. Because of that, he was followed by security into the washroom. And the security asked him what he was doing in the toilet. That's a violation of privacy. That's why cameras are not allowed in washrooms. Another security guard asked a female temp if she was married. She never showed up again. Management preaches about safety: They have metal carts weighing over 100lbs. to pick orders. There were none available on the 2nd floor. Instead of getting a reach operator to lower some down; the supervisor told the temp worker to carry one down the stairs. He hurt his arm, my buddy ran to his assistance and sprained his wrist. They were both too afraid to report it. So much for safety. Moral of my testimony: The CEO sets the tone and culture - that is questionable.
