★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say a huge thank you to the general manager, Manpreet Sidhu and the service manager, Dave Dunlop. I’ve been a owner operator for 25 years but only bought Peterbilt’s In the past. I purchased a 2020 Cascadia a month and a half ago and had a warranty issue. I made an appointment for the issue to be resolved and scheduled a date for me to drop it off. I got a call from the service department saying my truck has been done and ready for pick up. I picked up my truck and first of all I was unbelievably surprised that all my fluids were topped up including my oil. (Peterbilt never has done that once unless I was doing a service) I just had one problem and did a “company review” and complained about it. Right away I received a call from Manpreet Sidhu and he said he’d email the service manager & the sales manager to resolve the issue. I called the service manager (Dave Dunlop) and he was very courteous and very accommodating and booked my truck in for the next day! I dropped my truck off on Tuesday night at 10pm and everything was resolved and I picked it up the next day by noon. Thank you again for everything, this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with Freightliner but I can tell you that I let everybody I know how much they’ve done for me and can’t believe that a truck dealership actually cares what their customers think about the service they’ve received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place ever exist. Terrible service and useless service department. Took forever to fix the truck. Tons of down town if you drop off your truck for repair. Not suggesting anyone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be big 0 star but it won’t let me. The worst place doesn’t express enough, they are live scammer, from top to bottom staff, they are well trained to take your money and time. I drop my truck for oil change over the long weekend , no body inform me that they closed, hold my truck for 5 days, that is not all oil wasn’t change. That week was freaking cold so truck couldn’t start, because of there fault yet now after week they send me invoice to pay fee, for nothing. Who is responsible for one week down time? I park my truck Their yard but I have to pay for tow from where to where. I wish if I could attach my invoice. Scammer you won’t get my money at all.
