Hi, why don't you guys refund my delivery fee since you didn't even bring the sofa I purchased into my building? I chose 'Room of Choice' and waited for the sofa for more than a month and you guys never even showed me the sofa and went away but still getting my $100 for 'Room of Choice' delivery? Why? Why?? WHY?????

HORRIBLE experience I say, HORRIBLE. I bought furniture for my brand new house almost a year ago and till now this company hasn’t sent it all. Half the furniture that came so far has come damaged and they keep postponing the date to come and replace it. First they said it’s getting delayed because of COVID-19, I ordered all the furniture in January. I recommend NOT purchasing from this company ever, if I had a chance to redo all the furniture, I would take the chance and get it from a different company. They even charge u to cancel something from your order. purchase furniture from THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. VERY UNHAPPY with the service

The WORST customer service. This center gave us a CLEARLY pre-owned, partially put together, extremely damaged product and tried to pass it as our new piece. When we originally called customer service (over a month ago) they said they would promptly get back to us. After a month of never hearing back unless we constantly followed up with them and a very poor attempt to make our piece "showroom" again the warehouse is now trying to claim the new cracks and damages from them trying to fix this (what their tech said was an unfixable) piece on us. After 30 minutes on hold I was finally told a supervisor would call me back within the next 24 hours but if I had a dollar for every time I've heard that from them already I wouldn't need my money back. If you pick something up from this location make sure you open it and inspect it there or better yet save yourself the trouble and go to a different company all together.

We ordered an item in the month of August. We waited for the item but never received a call from them to pickup. When we called the customer care we came to know that our order has been already canceled but neither received any call nor email from them about the cancelation.Again ordered the item as we really liked the item but fortunately we received the item this time much before the delivery date.

Where is the negative number for review! A 1 Star is too high. We placed 2 separate orders on the same day 5 minutes apart 13 weeks ago, we were initially told 45 days for delivery, 13 weeks later 1 is ready for delivery and the other is still 4-6 weeks away. We tried cancelling the order after 30 days when they revised the delivery for both to 12 weeks (we are now on 13 weeks) and were told there was a restocking fee of 15% which wouldve been $175 per order, ummm restocking for what there is no product to restock. I received an email for the one order still waiting delivery and was told it would be in the warehouse July 10 (this is written on July 14) and now they are saying it is another 4--6 weeks. Of course no one answers the phone. 100% the worst customer service, purchase experience and overall experience of any store I have ever done business with. There are far better options out there.

We have been SO happy with Ashley. The Distribution Centre staff has been helpful and friendly. We had such a good experience that we ended up buying two more products. This is the nicest way of not having to deal with a showroom. :)
