★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dealer transfer organized by Ian to bring my 2020 Indian Springfield Darkhorse from British Columbia. The whole process was done through phone calls and emails as I was working out of town. The day I came to pick it up all the papers were ready with finance, Mike (the mechanic from the shop) came out and showed me all the little details about the bike. Ian was very thorough in answering all my questions and they even filled my motorcycle up with fuel for the first time.
I want to thank the front desk, service department, finance department and the shop guys for making this a very positive experience.

I was the only customer in the entire store, and was not even spoken to once by the numerous staff that saw me, the entire 15-20 minutes I was checking out bikes. I walked out in disgust. Bought a Harley from Calgary Harley Davidson yesterday instead. We also bought a used, low km, 2020 Indian from Calgary Harley. Such a shame Indian Red Deer lost a sale because they can’t be bothered to even greet you. Will never be returning here, for anything.
