★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On vous demande de rester à la maison 3 jours ouvrables et on vous rappelle le 6e en disant que la personne est nouvelle encore dans mon dossier. On a pas les postes de nos agents d'indemnisation. moi aussi on a dit que je peux vaquer à mes occupations après avoir été carrément battue par une femme qui était fâchée "cause covid"..disons. Certains employés ont une grande difficulté avec les appareils téléphoniques. Sûrement que la formation sur comment faire des appels a été sauter.
Dommage.
Il est qu'à d même drôle de demander aux usagers le respect qu'a d Certains employés ne le donne pas du tout. Car selon mon opinion ne pas retourner les appels des usagers est un manque de respect. Surtout après agents différents.
A la lecture des commentaires ici, je ne suis pas le seul.
Qu'attendre pour apporter les modification ?

Some employees have great difficulty with telephones. Surely the training on how to make calls was skipped.
Pity.
It is also funny to ask users for the respect that some employees do not give it at all. Because in my opinion not returning users' calls is a lack of respect. Especially after different agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give them -5 they are a bunch of disgusting thieves. L’ivac should be closed down it is useless really. Their goal seems to make people wait for years and suffer and then tell them the will not give them anything. My dad is a taxi driver and was stabbed by two thieves. His credit card were stolen and used. He was traumatized by the event and he could not work and got in debt. The agent in charge of his file was constantly calling while he was trying heal and rest. The first time she called and he could not come to the phone she asked my mom if he wants his file to be taken care of or not. The way I see it is that the people working for l’ivac Are unqualified, disrespectful and the government needs to intervene and close it down because they are not fulfilling their mission. This is another mismanagement of our taxes.
