★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage service, waste of public money. security agents don't let you speak with anybody. they tell you to go online and that's it. If I took time of my job to go there maybe there is a reason. The web site is generic and doesn't give any explanation I need. At the same time speaking over the phone it's impossible, you can wait till the end of time.
totally disappointed about a service paid with our taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security agent Rachel was very rude today. Lack of customer service and sympathy towards a fellow human being. We were five people and she literally pushed me on the rain and said mean words. She is tainting the image of the bureau with her horrible customer service.
P.s she needs to be fired!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service .Officers forget to work on files and go to hibernation state for long time period ranging 6 months up to years till you call and try to wake them up but even that does not work. Its all your luck if you get a co operative and responsible officer. Obviously in all departments you will find this type of persons who make easier the issues and solve more efficiently. Good luck in ur case

I just want to say the IMM-5409 English document is broken on the canada.ca website and it was pretty annoying to get my hands on the clean version without having to sub to 234725349287 website that are trying to get you to give them money...! So I figured now that I have it I could share it here! I hope that if you need it you can enlarge this picture, right click and save to desktop and it save you the hassle!

This office keeps lying to their clients and they are not accountable to anybody even the media. I hope to see this department under accountability and being managed by the minimum business standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't move to this country!!! Whatever you're trying to escape this country is turning into that. The time where Canadians had fondamental rights and freedom is over, the gouvernements here look out for their intrests only. Plus health care system is real bad. Don't waste your time and money trying to become a citizen. I would give anything to get deported out of here but unfortunately i was born here.
