J	Jeremy Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Service department. Very honest and reliable technicians. I recently took my car to another shop (R&W Motorsports) before bringing it to Inna Motors. The other shop claimed I needed parts replaced that after taking to Inna Motors and inspected my car, found that there was nothing wrong at all with the rear axles or bearings. They also found that one of my callipers had seized, which was recently worked on by R&W Motorsports and never reported to me. Inna Motors Service is extremely honest and reliable. I work highly recommend them.

Their top notch service advisor, Brayden Neddow made my whole experience worry free. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. All the staff are friendly and the shop has a clean modern vibe with large glass windows to see what your car is up to. The mechanics were consulting me with my car the whole way through. I have nothing but good things to say about Ina Auto Service Center, and it is definitely my new shop. Thank you guys!

They also frequently don't return calls citing phone issues. However, service manager Philip communicates well and is helpful and honest. I would use them again but refuse to give Ina any more of my money.

Brayden was so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond for me. He was able to order in the tire I needed in less than 24hrs and have it ready for me by my appointment the next day. I will absolutely be going back to Brayden and the team at INA for all of my future car related needs! ☺️

Seems like a small thing, but right from the get go made a huge impression on me as to their level of customer service. Brayden is amazing! Very helpful and friendly over the phone and even more so once I got to the shop. I really felt taken care of as a customer which goes a long way in the world today where this seems non existent everywhere. Vehicle was fixed quickly (fortunately was a small issue and easily fixable). True customer service start to finish. Thank you for standing out as being different and better than anywhere else to go and buy a car AND get it fixed. I highly recommend Ina for sales and definitely now for service!
