★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mitha is a top notch chiropractor. I found him to be thorough and explained very well the whole treatment process. I truly felt I was progressing very well under his care.
His staff were kind and very accommodating. I only wish I could of remained under his care but our family was moving to Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Mitha has been amazing. Right from the start, he explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions that I had.
As for his body of work. This is my first Chiropractic experience and it took a few weeks too really start feeling the results. Since then everything has improved drastically. Stick to Dr. Mitha's advice and to his program and you will not be disappointed
Staff is also extremely friendly. This is a very organized and professional business through and through

Where do I start? Had a scheduled appointment today at 4:30 PM and because of a personal family emergency I missed my appointment. I wasn't able to contact the clinic until my arrival at home half an hour later. I tried calling the clinic several times but kept getting voicemail. When I had finally connected, I was abruptly interrupted by Tracy (Office Manager) who felt obliged to educate me on only calling once. Tracy's tone of voice and rude demeanor has shocked me considering this is our second appointment. Whether or not its our second appointment is beside the point, you don't speak to customers that way. In this day and age people get fired for lashing out at customers. Tracy claims she is a Office Manager and so she should know better than to exhibit this type of unprofessional behaviour towards patients. Because of this abrasive behavior, you have lost a customer. Tracy should be given Behavioural Management and perhaps a refresher on Customer Service. I do not recommend this establishment. We were also charged for the entire missed appointment which is understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the heat of this pandemic in the biggest hotspot (Brampton) this clinic allowed people without masks in common areas. To this day, I am still outraged. Now with the new variant I can’t imagine they’re still not following protocols. Not acceptable and not promoting “good health” and that I’m in “good hands”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been coming to this clinic for over ten plus years. We've always had excellent service from the receptionists to Dr. Mitha and Dr. Rupi. Dr. Mitha has always had great advice and helped us numerous times through growing pains for adolescents to injuries/trauma. We've been happy to receive our much needed adjustments through these stressful times which kept us healthy. We've never felt unsafe at any time coming to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow wow wow what can I say about this clinic. Many things. I was dumped by my prior chiropractor of 20 years, 6 months ago. He would no longer accept my medical mask exemption anymore and tossed me to the curb. I was able to find In Good Hands through Facebook. I contacted the clinic and was immediately taken in as a patient as they understood fully about mask exemption.The clinic is thorough, organized, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly ETHICAL. I fully understand their cancellation policy and if I have ever had to cancel last minute, a mere phone call with an explanation is acceptable within reason. The clinic wants to establish a RELATIONSHIP with me and my body so that I can reach my full potential in regards to my chiropractic needs. All I can say is, when one door closes, another will open and that door will be EVEN better than the other door and in my case, my current door will be my permanent location moving forward. Thank you to the doctors and staff at In Good Hands Wellness bc really when your a patient here you are REALLY IN GOOD HANDS❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rupi has been a part of my health care team for over 10 years. She has helped me through challenging times of various life transitions and circumstances. She has a great listening ear and is very easy to talk with. Her non-judgmental attitude allows me to be free with what I share. I have and will continue to highly recommend her. Direct billing to insurances is also a bonus. With so many doctors not being available for in person appointments, I appreciate the option to be able to meet in person if I need to. She also provides care for my husband and kids.
