★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional, I own a property management company in London, Ontario, had a young physician and his wife come down from Toronto a 2 and 1/2 hour ride to look to lease a house at 11 p.m. at night for they work in the day time, because I called their real estate agent at 11 p.m. at night because the key code to the lock box was not working he refused to give me the proper code, my clients had to drive all the way back to G.T.A. area wasted trip, then I found out that he had the nerve to hire my competition in whom I have a court Judgement against. Their agent never answers his cell phone, some people know nothing about the importance of lead response time. This is very unprofessional work ethics.

Jas is very knowledgable about the Mississauga condo industry and he was able to answer all of my questions. You can tell he is very passionate about his work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gurmail Dhillon is very unprofessional. I sent an offer for a house in Brampton and the description he wrote for the house that the basement is included. Not only it wasn't included but there was no separate entrance for the basement. basically, he wanted to rent the basement and let someone lives with my family without writing this in the description. Total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have this agent Parvesh Sangwan call me for cleaning on good Friday today 8am asking for help in cleaning ..I told them.it will be very hard as it's holiday..they keep on insisting until I call my cleaners and beg them.to help.me for this realtor..my cleanerz come from Toronto to caledon and after 2 hours my cleanerz txt me and saying they are moving heavy furniture so she ask me to call client and so I call and tell them not to.let them.move furniture ..the wife was so mad and telling my cleaners are lying..and this guy Parvesh Sangean talk on the phone start yelling at me and tell me I'm so rude and I didn't even talk to him and he start yelling at my cleanerx and told them. To leave and they won't get pay a dime..my cleaners has no other choice they left and one of them was crying as they are scared ax this guy was keep yelling at them..this guy didn't pay my cleanerz for their gas their time spend in there cleaning and effort to go from Toronto to caledon they told me they should stay in their home instead of them work for nothing and they should enjoy rest on good Friday .how we will trust dealing with this kind of realtor when he can't even pay a poor cleaner who work hard ..don't trust this guy ..he's very rude
