Their business model is based on lying, deceiving, and outright fraudulently misrepresenting a listing and the contents of an Agreement. Want to lose your life savings? Your dream home? Become homeless? Watch your elderly parents get verbally abused? Or maybe become bankrupt after being forced to close on a second home because they didn't include the sale of your current home as a condition to you taking over the second, despite you repeatedly telling them to? Then please hire these crooks. You will not be disappointed. This is what Abhai Singh Bhullar means when he says "service beyond your expectations". You will be used and abused beyond your wildest imagination. I am shocked that they haven't been investigated and shut down by now. Please, this is a PSA, report them to RECO! Even if you just feel wronged but aren't sure if they broke any laws, chances are, they have. Let RECO decide. Please protect your friends and family. And perhaps together, we can also fix Abahi Singh Bhullar's, the self-proclaimed "king" of Kleinburg's, smug little face.
