Love this place! Great massages with no funny business at reasonable rates. I make sure to visit everytime I am in Brampton.

Booked an appt at this place via a phone. They asked if we have insurance and they typically provide a receipt for us to claim the money from the insurance provider. Once we got there, they refused to give us service because our service provider was greenshield. Once we asked why they would discriminate against different service providers, they replied that they ask too many questions. I do not choose what insurance provider I go with, my employer does. If they don't accept an insurance provider, they should advice at the time of booking. We traveled almost an hour to get to this place and it was a complete waste of time.

They cheated on me on time. They did not honour the advertised promotion. They did not fully explain on the phone when they responded to book the appointment.
