★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaby is a very nice lady and that’s what i initially thought. I went into the store and talked to her about getting an invisible frame to stretch a canvas on that i had, she showed me a Visible frame she liked, i told her it was a nice frame but not what i needed. She seemed to have understood what i wanted as she said “i will call you tomorrow when it is ready”. I show the next day and notice she put the frame she suggested on even though we agreed it wasn’t. She then proceeded to tell me she can’t change it as it is too late and it’s a clear “miscommunication” but would not let me return the frame. So i ended up paying 150$ for a small frame that I cannot even return and it not what I requested. I understand it might be too late to take it apart but not taking any ownership for a mistake makes me think this isn’t the first time. Would not suggest!
