Grâce à cette décision, il a trouvé une anomalie qui pourrait expliquer mes symptômes. En plus d'éviter que je revois mon médecin, que je revienne, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon tout premier avis sur Google. Je devais partager mon expérience avec autrui puisque j'ai rarement reçu un aussi piètre service d'une entreprise privée. Ils ont annulé mon rendez-vous de clarté nucale une heure seulement avant celui-ci et ce, SANS explication. Rendez-vous que j'attendais avec impatience depuis 1 mois et demi. J'avais pris congé, trouvé une gardienne pour notre fille. On m'avait confirmé le tout 2 jours avant. TRÈS grand manque de professionnalisme. J'aurais au moins apprécié avoir des détails sur la raison de cette annulation.
My very first review on Google. I had to share my experience with others since I have rarely received such poor service from a private company. They canceled my nuchal translucency appointment just an hour before it, WITHOUT explanation. Rendezvous that I have been waiting impatiently for 1 month and a half. I had taken time off, found a babysitter for our daughter. It had been confirmed to me 2 days before. VERY great lack of professionalism. At least I would have appreciated having details on the reason for this cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expérience pour ma clarté nucale. La technologue a prit le temps de me parler, de me nommer ce qu'on voyait (petit coeur, poumons, etc). Elle était très sympathique et professionelle. De plus, je n'ai presque pas attendue dans la salle d'attente (environ 5 minutes) Je recommande donc chaudement cette clinique :)
Great experience for my nuchal translucency. The technologist took the time to talk to me, to name me what we saw (small heart, lungs, etc.). She was very friendly and professional. In addition, I hardly waited in the waiting room (about 5 minutes) So I highly recommend this clinic :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get told that it is a walk-in, no appointment clinic and the phone system does not give you a human to speak to. So you show up and they tell you to make an appointment for 3 weeks from now. Thanks for the hour long drive. FIX YOU PHONE SYSTEM!!!!!
