★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time and over $400 money!!!! Just a gimic. Might as well just quit cold turkey. Lasted 3 days of not smoking after the "treatment". When questions arose over feeling absolutely no change in mood or cravings. Owner simply said: "oh well, you must not have been ready... we don't do refunds due to (franchise) and will only re-do the laser again". Why? Lol It didn't work in the first place!?! I had to save up for this and went into it in a positive state of mind to quit. Waste of time...

Her knowledge, expertise and followup program guided me through what I consider by far the most stress free way to quit, well worth the money. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant, because I only smoked when I had a drink, but after the first session with Lorraine, I actually went home and had a glass of wine with dinner. No problem! My next session wasn't for another 3 days, and in between that time, I realized that drinking was not my "trigger". She worked with me to understand what the triggers were and how to block "Igor" who is the guy that wants you to give in and have a cigarette. I am 6 weeks w/o a cigarette and know that I can do it. She is absolutely amazing and i would recommend her to anyone who has any type of addiction! Love her!
