He gave us a price which was just perfect not too high and not too low. We just wanted to sell our property without going through tremendous loss. He respected the tight time line we had and got the things done in just about couple of weeks. Always there just a phone call away. As a buyer's agent, he gave 100% commitement to us at the same time gave us the reality check too which we needed to know about the property. He patiently waited for the best closing price since we were running out of patience. He was present on our moving day since my husband was managing all alone, his presence gave my husband a great sense of peace. The best part, he called several times after moving to the new house to check how everything is. Not to forget that he is very knowlegable and a resourceful agent who can bring you total peace of mind.
